KUSSMANN TO ZEYEN - POTATO SALAD.
Wolfgang and Magda are the convenors for this CB, and Wolfgang will chair it in the absence of our president.
For those of you who were unable to take part in our Annual General Meeting, held on the 6th of January, be informed that our basic executive remains the same except that Margret has taken over the position of Social Chairperson from Elena.
As far as the convenors go - it appears that there is not enough interest in a bowling tournament.
Our picnic will be held on the long weekend in August and will again be looked after by Bill and the Hnausa people.
The November 24 Communion Breakfast will be convened by George and Barbara.
Sunday coffee will again be looked after by Regina,
and our phoning committee stays the same (Louise, Hilde and Kathy).
Our Christmas party is scheduled for Dec. 15 and will be convened by Elena, with Frank in charge of the decorating.
Our Fall Schlachtfest is in limbo because no one wants to do it except for Frank Strauss, who is looking into possibilities. The main problem is that Ellice Meat will no longer do the sausages and the meat.
Presumably our Pizza Wind-up (wind-up from what?) is still on in early May. You will be notified.
More news about all of this as it occurs. You will be notified of any changes and will get the usual warnings or reminders as each event draws near.
