It’s time to make your reservations! Kolping members and friends from across the country will gather in the heart of New York City for a joyful weekend of faith, friendship, and celebration!
Friday afternoon we will gather at the hotel to check in and pick up your Goody Bags in the hotel lobby. Then at 7PM we will Meet-n-Greet at Kolping on 88th Street.
Saturday brings the thrill of marching proudly down 5th Avenue in the Steuben Day Parade, waving to cheering crowds as we represent the Kolping spirit together! Afterward, enjoy exploring all that NYC has to offer — from its famous landmarks to cozy cafés or take a stroll in iconic Central Park— before we reunite in the evening for a beautiful banquet at the historic Kolping 88, filled with laughter, music, and memories.
Sunday begins with a heartfelt Mass at St. Patrick’s Cathedral, one of the most inspiring places of worship in the world. Then, we’ll travel together to the breathtaking Kolping on Hudson, where families can relax, play, and enjoy a day of fun, food, and fellowship — all set against the stunning backdrop of the Hudson River. We’ll close the weekend watching the sunset over the Hudson Valley, a perfect ending to a weekend of togetherness and joy.

Registration and Hotel Reservation Deadline: July 31, 2026
Convention Package is $245 per person for both delegates and non-delegates. (Children 12 and under are free; Children 13-18 are $65) The package includes Friday evening Meet-n-Greet at Kolping on 88th, Saturday breakfast and Stuben Day Parade participation, Saturday evening banquet and awards ceremony, Sunday breakfast, Sunday Mass at St. Patrick’s Cathedral, an afternoon at Kolping-on-Hudson, and all transportation to and from events.
Pre-negotiated hotel arrangements have been made with Courtyard by Marriott New York Manhattan/Upper East Side (410 E 92nd St, New York, NY 10128) for $389.00 per night.
